|Recommended: NoAwful. — We asked multiple times if we could move in early and were told repeatedly no because they weren’t done cleaning it. When we finally got to move in the apartment was filthy. Granted we were going to wipe everything down anyway but there was trash, clothes left in rooms from the last renters, oven was filthy along with bedroom C’s toilet being moldy and gross.

|Recommended: YesMeghan’s efforts and making things right- are appreciated. Little things right and trying. As well as the first visit with me and Bella paper work . That day you Meghan made me feel better about the future at the flatts. Hearing from corporate and the office workers was hard - April 2026 was rough Ralph is correct bragging about you. I was scared when Jennifer left and I’m glad Ralph highly suggested me to meet you. I see many overlapping personality and similarities between both property managers. . ——- Ashlyn - you learned from the best. You learned and worked under Mrs. Jennifer and Tavis. You were so good in the office here at the Flatts. Hate to hear about a full time job. The many encounters in 15 months for rent or packages etc you made the flatts feel like home including the resident events. You helped with a smooth transition between jobs for Jennifer and Meghan. Your repertoire models good morals and the Goldrn Rule with many not just me

|Recommended: NoMaintenance Request Review — I had an issue with my fire alarm going off, over and over again. I then called after hours for someone to come fix it and a very helpful maintenance worker named Marvin was very nice to me. He made it quick and easy and assured me to call him again if I had another problem. 10 10 service

|Recommended: YesIt’s a nice place overall but for all the fees and extra expenses added on the one bedroom apartments should have a little more room than it does originally.

|Recommended: YesMrs. Jennifer is so polite, fair, and kind. She hasn’t changed in 5 years. We lived here in 2020-21 and moved back in April 2025. Both Ralph and Mrs. Jennifer still have the same great work ethic and concern for residents. You can sit back and watch how they treat other residents when passing by , and it says a lot that they treat us all well. I like how upper management understands the importance of customer service and being available, and visible to their residents unlike another property we lived at didn’t have upper management visibly present regulating.

|Recommended: YesReally nice so far — My roommate and I have only been one night, but the staff seems very friendly and helpful, our apartment is really nice, and we really haven't run into any issues. Definitely would recommend.

|Recommended: YesPretty great — The Flatts is an amazing place for MSU students. The rooms themselves are a little smaller but the common rooms are spacious enough for everyone in the apartment.
